Welcome to Let’s Get Optimized (“LGO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern all products and services provided by Let’s Get Optimized,
a company with a principal business address at 186 Dupont Street, Lower Suite, Toronto, Ontario.
By enrolling in, purchasing, accessing, or using any LGO offering—including but not limited to programs, memberships, workshops, or addenda—you (“Client,” “Member,” “User,” or “you”)
accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any incorporated addenda.

These Terms form a unified agreement together with the Program Agreement, Membership Agreement,
Staffing Terms, Testimonial Partnership Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy
(collectively, the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict, the specific addendum will control for that product or service.

2. Definitions

Capitalized terms not defined here will have the meanings given in the relevant addendum.

• “Client” / “User” / “Member” – An individual or entity that purchases, subscribes to, or uses LGO services.
• “Services” – All programs, memberships, products, consulting, content, technology, staffing recommendations, and related services provided by LGO.
• “Deliverables” – Any materials or services provided under a Program Agreement or Membership (e.g., SEO reports, strategy calls, custom content plans, or consulting resources).

3. Eligibility & Acceptance

LGO’s services are for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
By purchasing or using our services, you confirm you are doing so for business purposes.
Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by using our services or making payments.

4. Services & Deliverables

We provide specialized digital marketing and SEO services designed to enhance your business visibility and growth.
The specific deliverables will be outlined in your Program or Membership Agreement.
Access is contingent upon timely payment and compliance with these Terms.

5. Fees, Billing & Payment

• Payment Obligation: You agree to pay all fees as described in your Program or Membership Agreement.
• Automatic Renewal: Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Failure to Pay: Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• No Refunds: Except as explicitly stated in guarantees or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation / Termination

• Client Cancellation: You may cancel renewal of memberships at any time via written notice or through the designated platform (where applicable). Cancellations take effect at the end of the prepaid term.
• Termination by Company: LGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in prohibited activities.
• Mutual Agreement: Either party may terminate this Agreement by mutual written agreement.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable, and access to deliverables or services will cease.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Enforcement

By making payment, you waive any right to initiate chargebacks except in cases of fraud or billing error.
Disputes must first be raised with LGO before pursuing external remedies.
Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach and may result in legal or collection action.

8. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

LGO retains all intellectual property rights in its content and services.
You are granted a limited license for internal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled through good-faith discussions.
If unresolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, or remotely as applicable.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
